This website is provided so you can view the DEOVISH collection, create an account, save a bag and wishlist, and place orders. You must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

We aim to describe products accurately, including name, price, sizes and colours shown on each product page. Images and copy are for presentation. Small differences in colour or finish can occur.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Where a higher MRP is displayed, the selling price is the amount charged. Coupons, shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. The amount confirmed when you place an order is the amount recorded for that order.

You must be signed in to place an order. Orders are created only after Razorpay verifies payment. You can review orders in your account. We may contact you at the email or phone number on your account if we need to follow up.

Checkout is paid online with UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Cash on delivery is not available. Orders are recorded as paid only after Razorpay payment is verified on our servers.

Orders are shipped within 42 hours and delivered within 10 working days. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

DEOVISH does not offer returns. Exchange is available only when a product is damaged or there is a size issue. After delivery, request an exchange from Account → Orders. See our Exchange Policy.

You are responsible for the details you provide and for activity on your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number. Keep that access secure.

The DEOVISH name, tagline, product imagery and site design are used to present the brand. You may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without permission.

The site and products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DEOVISH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

You may not use the site to submit false information, interfere with other customers, scrape content at scale, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version on this page applies from the time it is published. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
